Mound Flower Delivery

So impressed; not only with the arrangement that was delivered but also the call I received to ask about an alternative vase. They were very thoughtful and professional, and the flowers were absolutely beautiful.

I purchased an arrangement online for a friend of mine that had a sibling pass away. When I ordered the flowers online, i could not tell that the vase of the arrangement I ordered was a BABY carriage.... the team at the florist read the sympathy card i wrote, and changed out the "new baby vase" and chose a very nice replacement before sending it out. The flowers turned out beautiful and everyone at the service commented on how lovely they were. The flowers were delivered the day before the service which was great, didnt have to worry about them being delivered at the last minute. I highly recommend Lake Minnetonka Floral.
