So impressed; not only with the arrangement that was delivered but also the call I received to ask about an alternative vase. They were very thoughtful and professional, and the flowers were absolutely beautiful.

I placed an order online with a note to notify me when the delivery was completed. The staff called me twice to let me know about each attempt at delivery (the first attempt no one was home to receive the flowers and they didn't want them to be damaged left at the doorstep in the cold). I really appreciated their consideration and communication. The flowers were beautiful and arrived right on time. Thank you so much!
