So impressed; not only with the arrangement that was delivered but also the call I received to ask about an alternative vase. They were very thoughtful and professional, and the flowers were absolutely beautiful.

I purchased an arrangement online for a friend of mine that had a sibling pass away. When I ordered the flowers online, i could not tell that the vase of the arrangement I ordered was a BABY carriage.... the team at the florist read the sympathy card i wrote, and changed out the "new baby vase" and chose a very nice replacement before sending it out. I really appreciate their attention to detail. THANK YOU LAKE MINNETONKA FLORAL! You are the BEST!
